Course & Registration Alerts

Please read the information below carefully!

1) Change in department prefix: All “Ex Sp” courses will be found under “KIN”, starting Fall 2009! HS and Dance prefixes will NOT change. So, if you can’t find the Ex Sp courses, look under KIN!

2) Change in Chemistry Sequence to begin Fall 2009:
Starting F09, all students required to complete a two-semester General Chemistry sequence must complete Chem 177/L and 178/L. It is recommended that you take the Chemistry placement test prior to enrolling in Chem 177 and/or 178! If you feel unprepared for chemistry, consider enrolling in Chem 50 the second half of Spring 09. See you adviser for details.
A one-semester sequence in Gen Chemistry, Chem 163/L will still be offered, but will not prepare you for Chem 178/L!

3) When scheduling, do NOT schedule two classes with overlapping times. You will be DROPPED by the instructor from a course if there is a time conflict even IF it is a lab class!

4) Look several semesters ahead in your course sequence and watch carefully for appropriate prerequisites! The following are some projected FALL ONLY and SPRING ONLY Kin and HS courses to note:
