Degree Requirements for Master of Science in Kinesiology

13 Credits in Research Core:

• Stat 401 - 4 credits
• HHP 501 - 3 credits
• HHP 669 - 6 credits

9-12 Credits in Kinesiology courses

• See Specialization areas for specific course listings
• These courses will be planned with the faculty advisor to be appropriate for the student's career and educational goals

5-8 credits in Electives

• 3 credits outside of department

Total: 30 credits minimum

The thesis requires a research project culminating in a written document which includes a well supported rationale, review of literature, results, and a discussion of results.
