The selection of appropriate elective courses should be closely
related to research interests, projected career plans, and professional
goals. The following is a list of possible elective areas. The
list is not intended to be exhaustive. These areas are suggestions
and are not recommended for all students without appropriate advising.
Students are invited to propose courses for their programs from
other areas of interest.
- Food and Nutrition
- Biochemistry
- Zoology
- Marketing
- Management
- Psychology
- Industrial Engineering
- Biomedical Engineering
